Job Overview

We, an international chain of healthy grab and go outlets & Caterer with outlets in Paris, New York a Dubai are looking for enterprising catering B2B sales professionals for our Dubai operations.

Job Title – Sales and Catering Manager
Report to – Operations Manager
Responsible for – Warehouse/ B2B/ Catering

Below are the principal accountabilites, skills and requirements for this profile –

Principal Accountabilities:
➢ supervise catering and waiting staff at functions
➢ manage the food and beverage provision for functions and events
➢ plan menus in consultation with chefs
➢ recruit and train permanent and casual staff
➢ organize, lead and motivate the catering team
➢ plan staff shifts and rotas
➢ ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed
➢ budget and establish financial targets and forecasts
➢ monitor the quality of the product and service provided
➢ keep financial and administrative records
➢ monitor spending levels
➢ maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required
➢ interact with customers if involved with front of house work
➢ liaise with suppliers and clients
➢ negotiate contracts with customers, assess their requirements and ensure they’re satisfied with the
service delivered (in contract catering)
➢ maximize sales and meet profit and financial expectations.
➢ oversee the management of facilities, e.g. checking event bookings and allocation of resources and staff
➢ plan new promotions and initiatives, and contribute to business development
➢ deal with staffing and client issues
➢ keep abreast of trends and developments in the industry, such as menus or trends in consumer tastes.
➢ Monitoring drivers schedule

Communication & Working Relationships:
➢ Works closely with the operation team to ensure effective communication and to ensure information
transmission always.
➢ Communicates professionally with subordinates while keeping a productive working environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
➢ Has experience in a B2B sales position
➢ Is highly self-motivated assertive and results-driven
➢ Is a highly articulate and effective communicator (both written and verbal)
➢ Has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly shifting workload
➢ Has a flexible attitude in a rapidly growing brand
➢ Autonomous, works independently
➢ Effective Influencer and relationship builder
➢ Experience with CRM management
➢ Proven track record in sales / account management/engaging with quality executives brands & wholesalers.
➢ Strategically prospect new partners and sales channels to develop new business pipelines to progress toward greater marketplace penetration in appropriate channels
➢ Manage daily inbound inquiries and outbound sales efforts from medium/large
➢ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
➢ tend and lead on driving sales for select trade shows with the team representing brand and product
➢ Releasing wholesale orders and ensuring any system related issues that may occur are resolved
➢ Working with the Kitchen and Warehouse team to ensure on time dispatch of wholesale orders during peak periods
➢ Working with the Operations team to upload item master data – ensuring there is consistency and accuracy
➢ Proficient with an ERP
➢ Able to manage own priorities, set own work objectives and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions
➢ Driving License Required

The job may require: Long working hours, Working during holidays, and covering different shifts (Night Shifts and weekends
