Looking for an experienced Chief Concierge in UAE.

Job Details:

 Set Departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures.

 Maximise Sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programmes.

 Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results.

 Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areas.

 Supervise and direct guest services attendants and concierges.

 Communicate directly with guests, in person or by telephone.

Job Requirements:

 A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.

Two years experience in same field.

 Strong competence in Microsoft Office software.

 Good communication skills and customer service skills.
