Job Overview
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor who has experience of managing a bar at a supervisory level.
Prior UAE experience is must.
Applicants must be in UAE for interviews.
He / She must know how to: ?
Monitor par stocks for the outlet and ensures compliance.
Enforces compliance with cashiering and check control procedures.
Supervises the floor during meal periods monitoring service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to standards. Monitors food and beverage quality and portion control.
Ensures effective utilization of outlets supplies and equipment.
Practice daily logbook entries and daily checklists.
