Job Overview

1. Handles M&E leads from start to finish sends the proposal, participates in negotiations, coordinates with M&E operations team regarding the arrangements that need to be done, follows up with the guest satisfaction, ensures the payment is collected in a timely manner
2. Supervises the team and ensures that the responses are being sent on time and according to the brand standards as well as leads are being entered in PMS according to the procedures
3. Prepares consolidated Business on the books report, gathers feedback from the team members and leads Groups meeting every Sunday.
4. Handles complaints efficiently and ensures guests are 100% satisfied
5. Prepares monthly Carbon footprint report and submits it to Responsible Business coordinator
6. Reconciles preferred partners business info and reports as per the procedure
7. Provides finance department with feedback for the in case there are any pending Pay Masters and ensures pending payments are collected on time
8. Assists Reservations and M&E Manager to lead the team by:
a. Driving the M&E department sales activities
b. Implementing M&E department action plan
c. Representing department in Revenue meeting during his/her absence
d. Assigns leads to the team members
e. Executing the tasks assigned by Reservations and M&E Manager (e.g. preparing reports, consolidating feedback)
9. Pro-actively suggests ideas to improve departments performance and efficiency
10. Supports Sales department activities when needed
11. Responsible for training new joiners and coaching the team
